my skin is kind of white but at the same time like yellowish pale and my natural hair color is dark brown, i look kind of like kaitlin from the o. c or whatever her name is, help me!!!
i want to change my hair color, and i want to know if i should dye my eyebrows, of course in a salon, i want it to be ligther , but i dont know how ligther

its a light blonde with natural streaks but im sick and tired of them and i want a new style to start for school what do u think

my bridesmaids will be wearing a bright red with a silver sash and flowergirls will be wearing sahara pink witha silver sash. my dress is off white with silver.

I have very dark hair and want to go lighter. It is dyed a bit darker then my natural dark brown and I want to remove some color to dye lighter. . . . I just dont want to damage it further by stripping the hair THEN bleaching it. . . . Does a lifter harm hair like a bleach would??
