Im 12 in year 7 and have hair that goes down to my chest. Its frizzy-ish and I hate wearing it out but will on the occasion.

I’ve done research on the internet but the styles all look so different. How do you define what it is?

Seems to me that perhaps it is any hairstyle at all except for “curtain style” where hair hangs straight down and has not really been altered from its natural look.

I’m getting my hair cut in august and I need pics.

I have brown eyes
Brown hair with a lot of blonde streaks ( looks like blonde with brown streaks )
I’m a quarter Fillipino and look like a cracker with squinty eyes
And I have an oval face

Also I like my hair SHORT I mean like half way down my neck. I just want a j-rock, visual kie, or mabey even oshire kei hairstyle. Please include pics

i want a new hairstyle thats kinda like my hair atm but with an emoey frindge but im not sure if i want to cut it short or not, its black and just longer then shoulder length atm so i can do pretty much anything with it. some links to pictures would be appreciated.

edit: as requested, im 16 (nearly 17) im 6ft5(yes tall for my age) im fairly slim but broad i wear alot of browny sometimes green hoddies with jeans and i have some thin glasses i wear alot. . . hope that helps a bit, and thanks for the sugestions so far.
also i would like to keep it black (im a natural brown with blond bits if you must know) (and sorry about the repost of the first bit i dent relize it was just added on)
im kinda pale too lol

Could someone please explain to me how to do that hairstyle, example. . how to twist in the hair and what to do with the bangs etc.

I am planning to go to the salon soon and I want to get a Japanese hairstyle.

That is an example of the style I am going for. I already have Gatsby styling clay.

What would I tell a stylist at a regular salon in order to get my hair cut in such a way to style it as shown in the picture, or in a similar manner?

Yes, I know this hairstyle is actually Asian but I figured more people would answer if I put Japanese. And this is indeed an Asian hairstyle, it is part of Asian fashion.

My only problem with showing stylists the picture is that the stylists I would be going to are not Asian and I know that Asian stylists learn different techniques from Western ones.

So I want to get a new haircut and colour and I’d like suggestions of what people think I should do.

I have pale skin. It’s one of those “cool tone” sort of skins. I also have dark blue eyes with flecks of green in them. My face is heart shaped but also a bit of a round shape so I can wear a hairstyle that suits either of them. My hair is naturally a mix of curly and wavy and a plain brown. It’s longish and without layers right now and no fringe.

Sorry to add so much info on me. Just wanted to give everyone the facts first. I don’t want anything extreme (because of my job). Thank you all so much. Any suggestions will be appreciated!!

I really want to help my friend, because she is so self-conscious about her ears. She likes to wear her hair back in a ponytail regularly, but she hates how her ears stick out. She was considering getting her ears pinned back, but I was trying to persuade her to just change her hairstyle instead. The problem with that for her though is that she doesn’t like fringes or layers/hair that touches her face, because its both annoying and causes pimples for her (since she has oily skin). How can I help her? Are there any hairstyles that I could try persuade her to get? Pictures would really help. Side tracking – she really wants to get asked by a guy to the formal for next year, that’s why she’s even more concerned about her appearance. Any other tips I could give her are much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
