hi am using only rita powder for my head wash. now i came to know, using egg on head will improve the hair length and growth. could any one tell me, which is best ~(vatika~) shampoo or rita powder? if am taking egg. then please guide me how to use egg and weekly how many times i have to take? thanks

I’ve been thinking about perming and coloring my hair in the next couple months, but have been using Quantum Riveting Reds shampoo which has henna in it. I’ve heard that it doesn’t interfere with hair dye, but I’m not so sure and I haven’t heard anything about perms. So, is it all right to dye and perm over the henna?
