well i eat healthy food, sleep enough, drink water so why do i have bags under my eyes? could it be because i used to not drink much water but now im starting to? will they go away soon cos im starting to drink more water?

btw im only 11 and it makes my look really unhealthy and tired even though im not
i get 11. 5 hours of sleep
i dont use any makeup im 11 lol

I have very fair skin with pink cheeks and blue grey eyes. My hair is wavy and darkish brown. I have trouble with makeup because my face seems to clash when it is applied. The makeup for the eyes goes against my hair and pink cheeks and the same for my foundations and lip colours.
Any tips would be greatly apreciated

I have a friend who have bad bags under her eyes. All the people out there. I want to know what is the best cosmetic you have used to reduce the dark circles under her eyes or bags.

I try to sleep more and eat healthy, but they won’t go away. . . I think it is genetic. . . are they a turnoff. . . should I wear makeUP!?
