Every time I ask it’s a strict no or no answer because I’ve asked before and I know the answer. I don’t cake on make-up but I do want to put on some eyeliner, mascara and blush maybe on weekend or when I go shopping. Also how do I convince her to let me wear big hoop earring ot big drop earrings specifically made for girls who are tweens? Just checking what is the first age of being a tween?
Also I find it weird because when I went to the Royal Melbourne Show she let me get a show bag with eye shadow. My mum says that make up is bad for young girls since their skin is more vunerable to make-up then older girls. Like my skin can get damaged more easily. When I told her mascara dosen’t go on your skin she said that she dosen’t want me to get it in my eyes. I actually have put on mascara before at my friends house and it didn’t even touch my skin.
Ok so my mum doesn’t let me wear makeup but I recently went shopping with my friends and I bought some Makeup. I bought eyeliner, mascara, blush, foundation, eyeshadow and lip gloss. The problem is that I have no clue how I should wear any of or how to put it on and I can’t ask my mum because she doesn’t know I have any yet so please help me!!!!!!
I bought the makeup because i know how to put lip gloss on and I am 16 so I want to be able to wear makeup to school and stuff i just need to learn how.
I’m going for a cut and color in a week and half. . . and I need help choosing the right hair color for my skintone. I’m very fair! Think. . . NW15 in MAC foundation, and virtually the lightest shade in any other foundation or powder. I have slight pink undertones, and I burn really easily in the sun.
At the moment, my natural hair color is a light, moussey brown with hints of blonde (because I was blonde as a kid).
I have medium blue eyes with dark blue rims. They look quite light and see through in the sun, and stand out whenever I wear mascara.
I have considered going both ways. Some people have told me to go blonde, whereas others have tole me to go brunette. I would LOVE to go darker, but I’m worried it will wash me out! But there’s something about being blonde that kind of appeals to me as well.
I’m not sure which way to go. I’m looking for a hair color that will, preferably, enhance my eyes and the color of my skin tone. I don’t want to look like a ghost! That’s my biggest fear. . .
Which one would look better with my eyes and skintone; blonde or brunette? Specific shades. . . ?
Thanks! (:
I have medium coloured brown hair that’s to my armpit. I straighten it every day. I have light blue eyes and long eyelashes. High cheekbones, long thin nose, full lips and fair skin. My skin gets oily. If you need to know any other details let me know
I wear: Revlon photoready concealer, a bit of green concealer by Natio for some redness that is on each side of my nose, then i apply Nivea tinted moisturizer. I apply white eyeliner, or black. . . or black on the corners of the eyes and white for the rest. Then i use black mascara by Natio. I rub a little red balm on my cheekbones. . . then use red balm and red lipgloss on my lips. I also use some eyebrow liner. . .
Should i use a powder over the tinted moisturizer?
I’m 16.
Thanks
I’ve been told my eyes are my feature. . how can i make them stand out more?
I have green eyes and dark brownish red hair and i need a natural make up look to suit me!
So right now my SUMMER make up routine is:
- tinted mousturiser (dnt need foundation coz i got my mums 97% blemish free skin!)
- Bronzer
- Brown eyeliner (i only line the top lid)
- Brown or black mascara
- lip balm or gloss with a light pink to clear colour
- a shimmer of eye shadow, very suttle and usually a golden brown either a lil darker or lighter than my skin tone.
I like this make up routine and it looks good but i want to shake things up a bit but still keep it looking natural! SUGGESTIONS!!
My eyelashes are thick up untill just over half way , then they go really thin on the ends. They are about an inch long but look less because of the ends. How can I get the ends to be thicker? Even when I put mascara on it doesn’t make the ends look thicker. I hate them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just want to cut them off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is there any kind of product besides latisse that will make the ends thicker, something I can just buy online or at the shop and something that wont damage me. I heard latisse has alot of bad side affects and also have to get it prescribed by a doctor.
I’m about to go on a camping trip to a lake with about 50 people I don’t know and I’m feeling really nervous about it. I always have make-up on because I am so insecure about my blonde lashes and brows. I feel like when I’m not wearing any make up I do NOT look good, but I feel like I look great when I wear it so its not like I think or am ugly. I was thinking about wearing waterproof mascara the whole trip, but I’m nervous that it will wash away or that people will wonder why I’m wearing make-up the whole time. I don’t know how to feel comfortable without it though. Help please?!
I have a job interview in about 3 hours! My general makeup routine is nothing too flash or time consuming — a single coat of eyeliner on my top lid, mascara, and a quick dab of loose powder on my cheeks. I don’t like to overdo it, because apparently it gives people the impression that I’m a bimbo.
I have fair skin, blue eyes and I’m 19.
Thank you! x
@ Joshy: It’s for Westfield Mall as a concierge, so it’s more pretentious than any other job I’ve ever had hahaha
So, I usually like to wear tight spaghetti strap tank tops with cardigans and nice scarves, or maybe a leather jacket with a scarf and a tight spaghetti strap tank top, or a leather jacket with a flowy top and a tight spaghetti strap tank top that will still show I have a kindof nice figure. I pretty much wear any of those with these blue skinny jeans I have. I love shops like factorie, supre, Valleygirl, and rubi shoes. I love floral and fruity scents, and I love anything to do with Paris, Europe, or New York. I like floral patterns, and I love heels and dresses. I love gladiators, and I always wear lots of mascara with eyeliner and these silver hoops I have. I’m tan and brunette, and I wear my hair curly. I’m also pretty short and skinny, if that helps. So, what style of clothes am I?
And for all you Americans out there, I guess my style is kindof Forever21, but I really don’t like dress/tops that go up to my neck, I prefer something that shows off my body a bit more
Ooh, and I like Vanessa Hudgens look a bit too.
