I need a good make up base that will help control excess oil, before putting on my foundation.
I have used one from Avon which I found didn’t work at all and I’ve tried one from Red Earth which isn’t too bad.
Can anyone recommend one that is really good for controlling oiliness that doesn’t cost too much.

i have a dance concert in a few days and i never put eyeliner on but my friends did it the over day and i couldn’t stop blinking i want to be able to do it myself but it doesn’t really work and i am not very good.
Don’t say mac or urban decay, cause i can only go to target or cvs, but i need an eye primer that wont make my eyeshadow crease and get messed up just after a few hours.
