I believe the legal age is 18. I recommend getting a tattoo at age 12! Once you have it it’s there for life, so it’s worth the wait ’til you are of legal age to make sure you really want it.

It always works for me – put ice in a plastic food bad and leave the eyes for 20mins, listen to your iPod or somthing, then remove and use concealer to cover any marks are still there, hoping this helps xxxx

Hi Of course you can, I found that sometimes using different Brandes miracles with hair, sometimes when I have the same range of shampoo and conditioner you can find dont find it makes the hair as good as you wish it to be, but I find out if the use a different conditioner then I’m silky smooth locks. Brands just to shampoo and conditioner, so you think you have the same brand at the end of the day, only to give them your money. There is no law against it.

If your hair is naturally dry and looks greasy after using the heating means may be Garnier shampoo and conditioner. Make sure you’re not washing your hair too – if your hair is dry, you can go a pretty long time without washing it. I would still recommend it a little air daily, but a tip that has helped me immensely is to just put shampoo on your scalp and conditioner on the ends. This sounds like common sense, but most people do not do this step. If you still notice problems with your shampoo and conditioner, I’d say nice try almond and shea butter conditioner and shampoo L’Oreal Everpure Moisture! Also make sure you use a heat protectant before blowdrying and flatironing

Okay, so for the most part are those okay, but here are some ways to make it look more natural and non-clowns lignende.Mascara – that’s fine, just make sure to wipe something off the wand before use and only use 1 layer so it does not become lumpy and look too dramatic (dark brown is best, but black is okay, as long as you do not wear much) Eyeliner – For your age, I would not use eyeliner because it’s the one thing that vast majority of young girls over and ends up looking like raccoons, although no one will ever tell them (not saying you do: “I have tried to apply pencil eyeliner and now I look like I was attacked by a Sharpie,” but just be really careful if you want to wear eyeliner) If you want to wear it, I recommend a brown eyeliner thinly applied and slightly smeared on the outer half of øjetBlush – Unless you have very pale / colorless complexion and you really need the extra color, it is fine to skip this one. If you want to wear it, you must always remember that LESS IS MORE. Use only a small amount and swirl to mix, and then you can add more in small chunks if necessary. When you put way too much, it’s really too sent.Lip Gloss – Lip Gloss is just fine for your age. Go to the shiny light pink and peach toned colors. I love tinted lip balm (Nivea Strawberry and Cherry Lip Care Chapsticks is great!) Eye Shadow – That’s fine, just do not overdo it and not wear it every day. Stick to matte or shiny neutral shades such as coppers and gold, browns, taupes and pink. Light purple or greenish-gold can be nice for a special occasion. Just not too much! So basically, you can wear all those things if you really want, just remember that Less is always more, and it is better to wear someone than to have it look fake. I think you can use anything you want. As you mentioned, I think that the items of the same brand would complement each other, but if you can not find one or the other what is a girl to do? Just pay attention to your hair and then see if you like the final results soon after / days later.

Well, for me, eyeliner really change your appearance visual.Poñer outlined in your water line can make your eyes look ousado.Poñer your eyeliner on your bottom lash line, rather than the ^ water line, can make saltarem your eyes more, and you can also look máis.Doutra way (my favorite). Are you applying your eyeliner to the upper lid and extend it to a (search youtube if you do not know what that is?) Also, sage shadow, maybe try to put as shimmery cream / white around his tearduct . for many people, including myself, it helps to look smarter than I know this is far and maybe a little confused! but I hope this helped a bit!

We say a cartilage. The upper part of the ear. It honestly does not hurt, and the recovery time depends on. It takes about 8-12 weeks to heal but it can take up to a year to heal, but if you keep clean, you will not be any problem.

Snake bite. The piercing is a stud on one side of the lower lip. It really is not as painful, the pain and healing is very fast with virtually no time. Rimmel has a cheap price sometimes. probs and you can get a nice eyeshadow and blush from boujois or perhaps even lip gloss plus the most time in boots there is some kind of offer as Buy 2 get 1 free, so u could buy the eyeshadow and blush and mascara to get free. Most people get butterfly tattoos in bright colors, which to me makes it look tacky. Go with black and gray, and just a splash of color worked in somewhere along the tops of the wings or something. Color makes a world of difference. Also, you could get something to go along with the butterfly, not just the butterfly itself. I dandelion, playing with a butterfly and a quote on my chest. I have this same problem. I always use eyeliner & mascara. My techniques bizarre, but it works for me. I wash my face with cool water, no soap, (warm water opens pores) then I Pat dry with a towel. Then I moisturise my face is. Then I apply eyeliner on my waterline, then my lids, flaring in the corner. I then apply mascara. (I found mascara smudged sometimes abit too). After I’ve done my hair, I Spray hairspray on my hair over my face. (With my eyes closed explicitly.) And it takes me all day without reapplying. But I still apply to lunch with my eyes look more. & After a Pe masyadong.Ang way it really works for me, and I hope that helps you too!

Im not sure where the girls have gotten their goat crossed, but when I got mine was a total of $ 25. including jewelry! Ive had about 30 piercings at all and my goat hurt the worst. but it was only a little worse than your cartilage pierced. wound was left for a while and mine took a good while to heal as well. Ive now had for about 5 years and love it still! I have mine on the left side, but I know that many people with this right. his personal preference. if age really does not matter what side your jabs are up, just kind of a teenager pragma.me headphones bother me yet. I wear small headphones if im wearing for a while I get them with the opportunity to rub my ear, it pushes the headphones into it. but worth it! I love my piercing. that my lips are at all time my favorite. good luck!

Dior Addict, comes in a beautiful bottle, but most importantly smells great and lasts a vechnasts.ya know it seems a bit odd, but the soap and perfume glorys right, and you can wash your hands a thousand times and it wont clean scent far!

OHMIGOSH. Fml I have the same problem. Haha. The reason this happens is because the natural oils in your skin, including eye area, contacts with the eyeliner do you use this fireplace. If you opt to not waterproof eyeliner pencil, it is resistant to oil. If you want to stay in the same eyeliner you have, try using eye primer before applying your eyeliner. You can also change your eyeliner as eyeshadow. For example, if you normally use black eyeliner, use a black eyeshadow and instead not only survive but also gives it a smoky, sexy effect. It is better if you use the eye primer first. If you do not want a smoky effect then try using the gel / cream liner. I hope it stays on longer and look a lot better. Another trick is to carefully that whipped your waterline with a Q tip, use a lighter or hair dryer (something that produces heat) and put the tip of your eyeliner on top of heat, making sure nothing catches on fire or burns . Just put it for a few seconds. If you do it correctly, it was too hot to put it on your waterline but if you’re not afraid, do not hesitate to blow it before. After heating your eyeliner, apply it to your water line. You can also apply eyeliner on your lash line instead of the waterline, especially if you want to create an illusion of larger eyes. Applying eyeliner on your water line can really close your eyes to know where else to apply to your lash line, it refers to the shape of your eyes more. And, nothing looks more natural.Kung these techniques work then give up on eyeliner. At least one of these techniques should work with you but if not then try the mascara instead of eyeliner.

1) really hurts so much less than I thought it would after reading up on this and people were telling me it was. Apart from my lobes was the most painless piercing my ears echo.2) Get the perforated side you prefer, you better get on the side not to sleep because it will be painful for a stigmi.3) mine costs £ 25 – I have no idea if the U.S. or the UK if you? 4) When the pierced piercer put in a great bar to allow for expansion and could not get a hearing there because of that and also because it hurts. But ultimately it will not hurt and you can get smaller bars.

Dior, Chanel, Bvlgari, and my favorite, they have a higher concentration of perfume to alcohol. This means that the scent will last longer. In addition, the flavors change on my skin, but it’s pretty consistent.

Goat, as you know, cartilage, and thus there is a bit of pain in it. Not bad if you really are. And as a girl, I recommend the left side, because my friends have their own on the left and all the girls. Usually, the place where they got was 50ish. Take a Q-tip, wipe your waterline to bring it to a black eye shadow (or one that matches the color of ur eyeliner) pit it on your waterline, then out the eyeliner then again the shadow of the eye to waterline stay almost all day I have the same problem

I’ve actually seen a red vans moss green skinnies and it looks very good if the shoe is worn down a bit to not look so bright. My friend wears the red ones almost every day and it’s a great way to add a little color to a plain outfit
