Flats look the best! Heels make you look extra tall since the skinny jeans make you look taller already. So I still vote flats. . .

I prefer heels. . . they make you look taller and leaner. It’ll give you more of a sexier appeal.
Sandals and Flats are great too if you want to look more cute than sexy.
You can wear sneakers too. . . but make sure they’re not bulky or it’ll just look bad.
I personally prefer Flats, and Heels. . . . Converse always look good but they just make your feet look longer, so make sure you dont trip on your own feet. x_x
