I have my hair about 3cm below my ears and i don’t like it does anyone know any ideas for how to wear my hair up or down?

   If you have hair growing 3 cm out of your ears then I suggest you get your ears clipped. This is not a good look.

   I havent seen your face so I cant really tell if it actually IS a bad look.
   I wish you mentioned what kind of face shape you have.
   But aside of that, short hair is not always awful, it can be sexy!
   Because I definitely love how the “3-cm-below-the-ears” look on Sharon Stone and Milla Jovovich,truly!
   I do think u should have a hair gel or mousse, then you can have a side-swept bangs neatly on the front, and the back is simple. You just take enough gel and run your fingers through your hair, and MESS IT UP! It’s gonna look sooo sassy and fieeeeerrce!!!
