What should i wear to my school’s halloween dance?
I’m in grade nine. I’m new at this school. I think people are wearing everything from dresses to jeans, but i’m not sure if most people dress up or not. It’s a private school, but yeah. I just wanted some advice

wear something that interests you. Go to your local costume store and start trying things on.
Ask people about last year’s dance. Also, you could “dress up” as someone who’d wear an outfit you think is cool, ya know?

I always went fairly casual, and never dressed up. the most i did at a school halloween thing was wear cat ears and a tail on my normal clothes.
Make a few friends and ask whether people dress up or not, so you won’t feel ridiculous at the dance.
i would dress kinda like a hippie like a green skirt brown tank top something like that so it could be a costume or just a normal outfit

there are lots of halloween costumes in almost every grocery store. Pick whichever u like
go with a simple dress and small face mask. if no1 is dressed up(in costumes) take off the mask and you’ll still look hot!

Idk, i’d do what i wanted. I wouldn’t go too over the top, maybe something cool that you like, but i wouldn’t go all out. casual, with a little halloween flair. Ask your friends, too.

i’m in grade 10 and its my second year at my new high school (which is also private :] ) and last year people did wear costumes even though we had like a uniform rule. but like if it was something to revealing we had to put jeans on haah.
im sure you can guess its a catholic school xD
i think you should be a person that’s going to a masquerade, just wear a pretty dress and a mask that matches, if you watch gossip girl just like that.

Yeah, I am having the same problem as you. I have called up a few of my friends, and found out what they were doing. That gave me an idea if most people were dressing up. Then, my friends and I decided to go as a group. We’re doing a Mc Donalds Happy Meal (burger, fries, shake, etc. ) In my private school, most kids go all out with Halloween costumes to be funny, so I don’t think you will look weird wearing a costume. My best advice is to dress up with a group, so you won’t feel “lonely. ” Good luck, and I hope the dance is fun!!
i would wear jeans (skinny) a cute top and maybe some funky glasses. . . cant go wrong with that. . .

wear a cow girl button up shirt and and cute jean/ minny skirt. then put your hair in pig tale and ask your friends if they are dressing up. and even if you want for the costume you can put freckles on your face.
Okay, if you dont know whether or not people are in costumes you should wear something that you would wear if they were or were not wearing costumes. . Pick an old pair of jeans and decorate them with some dark sexy top. . put on a lot of hot make up but dont look like a clown. that way if there are costumes, then you would rather wear your own cllothes than some childish costume and if they dont have costumes then you still look hot but you dont stand out. Good Luck. . mabye check out some fashion mags too like teen vogue, cosmo girl, and seventeen. .
well, first off, ask if any of your friends are going and if they are what are they wearing. and if they aren’t sure either. . . does the flyer or poster or w. e say wear your costume? or casual? okay if you still aren’t sure which one and you don’t want to be the only one NOT wearing a costume or the only one WEARING a costume, then i would wear something normal. . . . just something you would wear on the weekends, [but still nice]and just bring along a tiara or a witch hat or a mask to fit in your purse or just anything to make the outfit double as a costume. so then, no matter what happens you won’t be an outsider. (i. e. ) jeans and black shirt (bring witch hat) . . . etc. etc. etc!
