How do i keep my hair straight after straightening it?

When I straighten my hair it’s fine at first but it always ends up flipping out or getting curly again. I put in lots of hairspray and sometimes even hair wax.

What can i do to keep it straight???

Hair spray and lots of flattening – good flatterners cost a bit but worth it.
Also stay out of the humidity.

    mine does that!
i bought a chi straightener & it helped a lot.
then i started flipping my hair in, and that helped it not flip out by the end of the day.
i also use straightening spray that i spray in my hair while straightening. it helps!

Ohh my sister is the same way, she has really curly hair, but its always about the product you use in your ahir to keep it straight, hairspray jus wont do, try catwalk Fashionista Smooth and Shine, Heat and iron safe. Its made by toni and guy (TIGI). It works really good! and its not expensive either, you can get it at a salon (usually) and even at walmart. hope this helped!

Your hair is probably really sensitive to humidity and moisture. Use a weather-proofing serum which will lock in your state of hair before weather can go in and curl it up again.
John Frida is a very good brand. It’s slightly expensive, but you can get it cheap when you find a good sale ;D

a)First of all—-location, location, location. If you live in a higher-humidity-than-average area (check your local weather statistics/history)—-then I’m afraid you’re out of luck. Humidity can turn even straight hair wavy. lol! My best advice to you if you live in one of these areas is to carry a hair straightening tool in your purse. :o )

b)If you live in a dryer climate, make sure you’re giving your hair a hot oil treatment once every two weeks. Not only will this help you maintain a non-frizzed look, but it will also keep your hair healthier, from all that blow-drying and raking with a brush you’re putting it through to make it do something it doesn’t want to do.

    c) Love the hair God gave you, and research/study ways to have the best curly-lox on the block. . . . . embrace your true self, and if you have curly hair–learn to love it! :o )

Use a silkening hair serum before you straighten it, also you should straighten your hair after you wash it with lots of conditioner and blow drying it after. go over your hair twice just to make it pin straight after simply brush it, after use hair spray that holds the hair throughout the day.

Use I good, high heat straigtener. I use the ‘Infinity Ionic Steam Straightener’ from Conair. here’s a picture. http://www. folica. com/images/products/13316-001891. jpg
Also use a heat protection spray, and a little bit of hairspray only in the spots you need it.
