I recently cut my thick hair short and I hate it. Its really hard to keep straight now cause theres no length weighing it down so I need a good product to help keep it straight. Any ideas?

   Heat. That’s the most effective way unfortunately. I wouldn’t recommend straightening chemicals, coz there are a lot out there. They cause permanent damage. Excessive heat also causes damage but it can be controlled. Invest in heat styling products that hydrate and moisturize to minimize damage. The TRESemme line carries some great products. Some even keep your hair straight for up to 3 days.
