(i have already asked it, but going to again)

hey, i have reddish, brown hair and wh n i was younger i had blonde. i was wondering if i used shampoo and conditioner specifically for blondes, will my gair go blonder? i know it wont go completely blonde, but i was just wondering if that would do anything. also if i used blonde hair leave-in conditioner. . . . . .
also i have fare skin and freckles on my face and some on my shoulders and stuff, just so you know what my skin is like because is there anything that could be done to make my hair look blonder, but a natural look?
thanks so much!

Blonde shampoo is a weaker version of a toner, which is used to counteract the warm (red/orange) pigments in the hair.
The blue/purple coulors in the toner/blonde shampoo counteract the orange/yellow pigments in the hair to get it to the right blonde.

So it will not work on brown hair.

In order for you to go blonder, you will have to strip the brown out first, using bleach.
Once you have gotten to a lighter level you would use a toner to cool down the warm pigments, and use blonde shampoo on a regular basis to maintain that coulor.

So to answer your question no it will not help your hair get any lighter.

Hope this made sense and hope it helped :)

Get some foils done for a nice sunkissed look to your hair. It will lighten without looking like you went to see Lady Gaga’s hairdresser!!!!!
