oh just to add, my hair is naturally dark blonde but i dyed it a lighter shade a couple of times.

   No, just make sure its what u really want because once u have dark brown its a pain to go back to blonde. but ur hair will be fine.

   Use L’oreal dye that says it is a ASH tone as these reduce red tones.

   My friend did it once and it worked well for her. When she wanted to go back to blonde though it was kind of a hassle.

   personally i wouldn’t dare do it at home. . . maybe for touch ups only but not when changing my look! I’d go to a professional. . . think you’ll be happy you did!

   You’ll have no problem going darker, it’s generally when people try to go from dark to blonde it goes ginger if they don’t pre-lighten.

   Yours should go same colour as it is on the box, so just be careful about going too dark too quickly. It might be a shock, and if you don;t like it, it can be hassle going back to blonde.

   Try L’Oreal Casting Creme Gloss in Iced Chocolate. It’s a gorgeous frosted colour – looks really shiny.
