Well to change your nose shape permanently . . then yes. The only option available is plastic surgery. You can use make up to contour your nose and make it smaller, but I don’t think you can contour the ridge of your nose.
I understand that you aren’t a ” plastic surgery ” kind of girl, which is great!
But if you’re going to be insecure about you may want to consider it.
Its very popular today and a very safe procedure.
Hope this helps & good luck!

no there’s nothing that will change it permanently other than surgery. Your nose is made of cartilage so even weight gain or loss generally doesn’t effect the shape of it. I know you said you don’t want to use makeup, but it can be a very effective tool. Try using just a bit of a highlighter cream or powder down your nose. It will reflect light and maybe make the bump less noticeable?

This website says to do the opposite, it says to use a slightly darker foundation down the center.

I bet no one else would notice what you consider to be a flaw, ask a friend who you know will be honest what they think. I love big noses, I think they make people look much more distinguished. I have a tiny nose and I think it looks like its just floating around my face!

Unfortunately if you really want a change your only option is surgery.
