For Halloween, I’m going to be a post-accident passenger on the Titanic, how should I do my make-up?

I’m going to cover my face with white powder, but how should I do my eyes/lips to make them look frozen?

Blue, almost purple for the lips, and very pale blue eyeshadow with dark circles underneath your eyes should do it- you’ll look awesome!

Your lips should have a blueish colour. To get white lashes you will have to use a mascara with a white basecoat like this one

That’s all I can think of. Hope it helps. Happy Halloween!

Do your make up like that then stick your head in the shower. Then let it dry. It would give that wet look and with all that make up running down kinda like a dead look too!!

Blue or gray eye shadow, blue lips (if you can’t find blue, put a layer of red lipliner on your lips and cover with a light layer of black lipstick then blend, cover everything with clear gloss)
