I love her makeup here and I was wondering how I could do something similar.

   In this pic she’s playing up blue.
   Start by applying white/ cream shadow under the brow.
   Apply a brown-with a pink tone over the rest of the lid.
   Apply liquid eyeliner to the top lid, extending but not exceeding you natural eye legnth.
   Apply mascara to top lashes. (black)
   Apply blue shadow under the bottom lash, smooth with finger to blend.
   Apply black eyeliner and mascara to finish off.
