i would suggest the “smokey eye look” its really in right now and it gives a natural but bold look. it especially looks good with blue eyes and pale skin(:

There’s nothing wrong with black hair, pale skin, and blue-ish grey eyes. I think it’s attractive.
Just, don’t throw on a shit-load of make-up and make yourself look fake, I can tell you that there is not one guy that would like that.

black eyeliner on the bottom would look great with your black hair! im not kidding, it always looks good, just use it very lightly and sparingly haha =P i use M. A. C eyeliner stick, not liquid, and i use mabyelinne colossal lash on my top lid, foundation mousse, and some light pink blush. for u i would use light pink blush to because it would go good with your skin tone, remember only put on the apples of your cheeks.

    -hope i helped

dont stress over barely nothing just match your eye color with shadows and forget about hair and skin tone cuz to be honest thats your are universal, now blue eyes are not. I suggest orange, coper, bronze color to use as eye shadows since those colors enhance blue eyes

I have the same problem but i put the eyeliner on the top lid and mascara on the bottom to lengthen the lashes and maybe a bit of colour eyeshadow on the lower lid under the lashes, also you could try ivory foundation its a bit darker than your skin and will give you a bit of glow, maybe try styling your hair as well. Hope this helps -x

well you dont want to just pile on a load of make up so i would suggest that on your eyes use smokey eyes! with a bit of mascara some clear shiny lipgloss and abit of bronzer. to look abiit like this just the makeup im on about btw http://imabeautygeek. com/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/SmokyEyes_MarcelleClassicElegant1. jpg
