miley cyrus has a nose ring. isnt that reason enough not to get one?

I’m 14 years old and I don’t know why I have dark circles under my eyes. They just kind of apereapd overnight one day several years ago. I’m pretty sure it’s due to heredity since my mom has a hint of these dark circles under her eyes, but Hydrolize claims to get rid of these circles even if they are hereditary. Does it really work? Are there any risks to using it? Thanks!
