-Specifically to make extremely fine, almost invisible blonde hair on the upper lip appear naturally darker- not necessarily fuller.
I’ve noticed water proof mascara gently applied does a good job- but it’s not awfully precise, and I’m certain it would rub off with sweat and general daily activity.
Heh, should probably have mentioned that this question isn’t for MY facial hair!!! My boyfriend! He can’t grow a moustache
