can you change the shape of your face?
i know this might sound weird but my friend told me and said she changed her from Square to heart as in made her face more skinnier by chewing gum and some exercises anyways i wondering does it really work?

mmm I don’t think so. Facial structure is mostly due to bone structure, but if your friends face was simply fat then its possible to change the shape by losing weight. But you really shouldn’t worry about what shape your face is. The people that matter won’t care and the people that don’t matter, well who cares what they think.

Face shapes are due to bone structure and you can’t change that.
Your friend must’ve just been a little chubby in the cheeks. Then she must’ve lost some weight and it’s skinnier now. I’ve gone through that.

You can give your face the illusion of being skinnier or less round by using contouring (makeup). By applying a darker shade of powder inside the hollows of your cheeks, around the jawline and also on the sides of your nose to make it look slimmer. I use this everyday in my makeup routine, it only takes 1 minute. . . And then use highlighter on the places on your face you want to “pop” and darker colors to “recede”. Makeup can do wonders. I am sure you can make your face look “smaller” and therefore appear more oval if you were to lose weight. Just look for contouring makeup tutorials on youtube and in google.
unfortunately I think your friend told you a little fib. Your bone structure can not be changed! However, you can learn how to contour your face properly with makeup techniques to give it a slimmer appearance
Just look up videos on youtube on how to contour your face. . . you will get tons!
