I wash my face every day and night and use toner and acne cream. but i will get a knot on my face. it is usually pretty sore and it will swell up and will last for about a week. Soon after one is leaving another one will arrive.
please help me get rid of them.

   . . . Acne cysts? That’s about the only thing I can think of. . .

   My friend had the same thing that happened to her. She went to the doctor after about the 4th or 5th time it happened. He said that there was an infection in her body somewhere and prescribed antibiotics. She finished the course and hasn’t had one since.
