I’m shopping for tiaras for my wedding. I know I want gold with pearls to accent my ivory gown, but I’m not sure what shape is best for my face. I have what is called a “heart-shaped” face, meaning my cheeks are the widest point, with a narrow chin, and soft curves. Does anyone have a similar face shape that has worn a tiara? What shape did you wear? Or does anyone have any suggestions?

   You want something that geometrically compliments your face shape. Wear a small tiara (like aurora in sleeping beauty ) because a large one would draw attention to the top of your head and make it look like a balloon (same reason why you should not wear pants with designs on the back if you have a large backside). A tiara that points up would be nice.
