best thing is to wait, because most reputible places are going strictly 18+ even if you had parents consent. And dont go place where you can get one to just get one. Anyone who does it under the table can actually get you sick. Best thing again. . . is wait till you are 18. Besides. . . . it hurts like **** to get it done.
at 14 ? you might want to wait a couple of years , that is a little young to be geting one , although i have heard of girls geting it pierced then . with parental permision might be able to find a place to do this
