like almost every other place in the world, it’s 18 ! but if you want to make sure i advise you to go see the state house of your town and ask them.

it all depends on the place. .
some places are pretty cool with you not having parents permission but others do. Just try asking xD

It really depends. Different places have different ages.
Here in Sydney most places will pierce at the age of 16 without parent consent. Tattoos however, you have to be 18 with out permission.

I got my ears pierced and im 17. I want tattoos but my mum would kill me!! She doesnt even know about the 3 other piercings i got (7 all up) 2 weeks ago. I asked her about 6 times and they were all “NO!! YOU”RE NOT GETTING THEM DONE!!” But i did anyways. Hiding them from her is hard but she got pissy at me cuz i dyed my hair blue so could you imagine if she found out?

    xD

18, even with parental permission the law in Australia is 18.

  9. Kazz says:

Im in Victoria and the laws are the same Australia wide 0 you must be 18 – there is no with parental consent for minors in Australia for tattoos – you can get piercings done at a younger age with parental consent but not tattoos
