This is for some awards at my school. On the lower chest area of the dress are some like fake diamonds kind of. I thought maybe white open toe heels, diamond earings and neckalace and a black shaw. I have bleach blonde hair (naturally). I really need help choosing what type of dye I should use. I need it to be from walmart, or hot topic only, those are the only store near here who sell hair dye(that doesnt cost alot). Please help me!
My natural hair color is dark brown, but I dye it black. I really want to dye my bangs blond, but I heard that it could turn it orange or green? And even if it does, it could stay that way for days, even weeks. How can I dye them in one process and actually get BLOND?

I’ve had a problem with my eyes for about a year now, either people tell me I look really tired, or they just tell me I have bags under my eyes. I don’t mind so much the bags that are there, but the black rings make me look like a skunk! Any make-up you can think of that would help that? I use concealer but that doesn’t help much. Thanks!

I have black circle lenses but their not prescriptions so I’m planning to get colored or circle lenses with prescripition but I don’t know what color would look nice on asian black eyes.
I want to dye for the first time but am trying to avoid the permanent dye. Can I use semi permanent dye to dye the black to brown? What is a good brand to use? What about if I have to use permanent dye?
