I can’t do eyeliner
everytime i do it i end up looking like a pirate
i have one of those twistable soft black eyeliener
but i don’t know how to use it properly
any ideas or webistes with guidlines?
when you put a lot of eyeliner (the pencil kind) on your top lid, how do YOU stop it from transferring to the upper part of your eyelid when you open yours eyes or blink.
and if anyone can get me a good tutorial for smokey eyes, written not video, with pictures. that would be soo helpful.

I have been checking out some online, but really don’t feel like paying $20 for 2 pieces of cheap plastic. Has anyone tried to make their own eyeliner stencils? I have an idea that I am going to try, but am curious to see if anyone’s developed a method for this.
The stencils I am referring to are part of the “Get in Line Kit”, sold by bettesboutique. com. They are actual cat eye style stencils for the lid/lashline.
taylor momsen suddenly just cut her hair really short and wears lots of mascara and eyeliner. . anyone else agree she is now ugly?
i have dark blue eyes with thin layer of yellow around my pupil. i just want an eye liner that will make my eyes POP! and to show the blue more in them.
