I was thinking to buy MAC eyeliner and I just wanted to know if it was any good. . . . and if it runs, smudges or stays on long ??

I can’t wear mascara or eye liner. I would love to do myself up but I can’t because whenever I wear it, a few minutes later and it’s smudged all under my eyes. I take it off and it does it again. I put eyeliner only on my eye lid and it still smudges. . I hate it!!

I use waterproof mascara and I have tried many different brands. . nothing works.

What can I do?
Oh and I don’t use liquid eyeliner. . only the pencils, although I have tried it!!

What is the best liquid liner to use, if able, in your water line area. If you have any suggestions a water proof liner is what im looking for. xx

I always see black eyeliner that maybe doesn’t look as dark as i need. I need a good eyeliner i can get at say. . . walmart that isn’t going to be so expensive. I usually use Maybelline makeup but i haven’t found anything yet. Anyone have any liquid liner suggestions or pencil liners? Black is the only color i use btw.

I want to get a full on smudged “Emo” look with my eyeliner, does anyone have some good tips on how to do that, and what brand/type of eyeliner should i use!?

i really suck at eyyeliner and want to learn how to do better eyeliner flicks any one have a method for me??? or any new make up ideas??

In your opinion what is the best brand of eyelienr and whyy? I need to start using a new eyeliner cuz mine is crappy :/ So any suggestions? please and thank yewww<3

I Bought some Liquid eyeliner the otherday & when i go to put it on my hand goes all wonky & its looks a mess because its everywhere! How do i put it on without this happening?
