Right now i have white blonde hair, i have olive skin, and light bluey-green eyes. i want dark brown hair but would it suit me? i have a full frindge which i’ve heard makes blue eyes pop with brown hair

im blonde right now but i want a change, something that will make me look my best. I have blue eyes and really really pale skin. I dont want a color that will make me look washed out.

How can I make my brown eyes brighter without using a lot of make up or a way without using makeup naturally. I wanna look better with brighter eyes.
I’m a very neutral person when it comes to colours, I stick with brown/ white/ black/ grey in make-up and fashion. But I want to try new colours!
I understand the colour chart and the best colours are brown/ rust/ orange, but what’s your personal opinion? If you have blue eyes what are your favourite eyeshadow colours to wear?
