I’m starting college/university in a week, and i want to do something fresh and new to my hair.
I have a light tan, light golden eyes and my hair is naturally medium brown. I’m thinking of dying it very dark brown or maybe golden blonde. Also, i don’t know if i should get bangs. . .

I was wondering what do you think is a good long emo/scene hairstyle? I was thinking of getting my hair cut because its really long now and I want to go to a salon and cut it but I dont want it short I want to like a little below my breasts or around there. . . it’d be great if you show me pictures of the hairstyles. . . .

also I still want that messy kind of emo/scene look just not too messy looking but yet not too non-messy look ^^;

My hair is really important to me so i want it to look good that’s why I need a good hairstyle, I love the skater choppy look with lots of layers and I like need side-bangs so please help me out.

I think you are right, Amy. I do wear my hair up like that a lot, everyday almost (the last time I had my hair cut I left my hair down all the time until my hair had out grew the style) and since I do live in Brisbane and it does get very hot up here I don’t think the short bits at the front would work very well either but this is the only hair style I have found which I do like.

mkay. so, i want to go for a change for the new year, ’cause i want
to start out new and fresh & stuff. making a lot of things in life be-
tter. so, anyway. i want this hairstyle, but i need some help/advice
for it.

my hair used to go down to my waist, and then i cut it so it’s only
half-way down my back. i cut it again before the school year so it
is a few inches below my shoulders. . . and i want it shorter now.

i’m blach & hawaiian, so my hair is pretty curly and thick, but i want
to have that style. . . there are a few problems though. my mom won’t
let me chemically straighten my hair, so perms and relaxing is out
of the question. =[

i don't want to straighten my hair though, because when it gets wet,
it will go curly again in like, 4 seconds, heh. anyway, yeah. plus, that
is really damaing, & i don't want to do that. is there any way possible
that i can get that style?

[i don't think extensions will work for that style, because my hair is
longer and stuff. anyway. i'm rambling. . . ]

Hello. I’m Asian with long and skinny face. I’ve had so-so experiences with hairstylists in my area since most of them don’t know what to do with Asian hair. My hair is black (I colored it once but it never show). It doesn’t have volume, especially when the weather is cold. And it’s very hard to style. I look funny with straight hair (Japanese/Korean look). Curls work better on me but OMG, my hair is so stubborn, it just doesn’t want to style most of the time. I want to get a haircut sometime soon and just want to know if you guys have any idea. And I don’t care if it’s high or low maintenance, I’ll do anything to end this bad-hair period of my life. And also, if you guys know any hairstyle products that work well with Asian hair, please let me know. I’ve tried several different Mousse products and they just don’t work.

well i need some tips for my hair. i have no idea what to do with it!
i like my color and i wont dye it so that is out of the picture.
i kinda like the scene cut. but not all of those crazy colors and styles. i like girl off of paramores’ hair. except blonde.
do you think this would suit me. if not plz provide what hairstyle and if you can, a picture.
be decriptive so i can tell the hair stylist what i want!

I have been trying to find a hairstyle that I really like, but haven’t had much luck. My hair is is just below the middle of my back, and I would like to keep it that long in the hairstyle I choose, my hair is also quite thick. I really like some of the feathered and Choppy haircuts, and definitely layered. I have an oval face shape and I wear glasses. What hairstyles would look best with glasses? I have thin rims. Oh and I love side bangs! And something that might be low maintenance so I don’t have to spend to much time fixing it. Help Please!!! Thanks!
