I can’t wear it Monday to Friday because of work. If I get it done Friday after work and keep it in all weekend, is it ok if I take it out monday morning for an 8 hour shift, and maybe put it through the hole a few times over the course of the shift? Will it close?

I’m thinking of getting lip piercings but my school wouldn’t allow them so my theory was to get them at the start of summer. That way they’d heal over the summer and when school comes back I could take them out during the day and just put them back after. But is that enough time for it to be healed and not have them close up on me?

Basically I’m asking if 2 months is enough time to let snake bites heal. If not, then how much time would it take?

I want to get an eyebrow piercing, but a friend of mine told me it was different than other piercings, that the flesh would push on the bar, ring, etc. until it came out. Does a piercing in the eyebrow heal over?

I just got it pierced two days ago and I want it to heal faster. Is there anything I can do to make it heal faster ?

I have a lipring but I’m going an exchange year next year, and I’ve pretty much been told to take it out. Not quite “take it or you don’t go” but it was made very clear that it was pretty much expected that I would take it out.

Which is fine. I like it, but I’m not super attached to it. So – how long until it heals over?

I got mine pierced about 2 and a half weeks ago, and the day I got it done, I noticed that it was askew to the left a little, but I convinced myself that it was only because it was swollen.

Now, I look in the mirror and I’m annoyed at how crooked it looks. I think it’s gotten MORE crooked since I got it pierced, but I’m not completely sure. Is it possible for piercings to heal crooked, or is it only crooked because of the way it was pierced?

Okay I just got a tattoo behind my ear yesterday and I was just wondering how long it will take to heal enough so that i can sleep on it? I forgot to ask my artist about it.

It’s a tattoo about the size of a palm, and it’s all black.
