I usually use loreal paris extend mascara but i havent found a good one yet. Im not sure whether to go for a non- water proof or water proof? water proof is better cause the mascara wont run etc but i was told that the water proof ones end up damaging your eyelashes and only drying them out in the end. So, which one would i be better to use? would appreciate the help, thanks.
