I use pencil eyeliner. . i put it on the top of the lash and on the inside rims of my eyes. . . not even on the bottom. I have an oily complexion. . and after i apply it in the morning. . about halfway through the day it smudges. . or almost smears down under my eye. . creating a horrible look! My friend suggested liquid eyeliner. . becasue she said it dries. . so it will not smudge. I tried this. . but i cannot put it on the inside rims with the liquid. . . which completely throws off my look. Any advice?

It is almost the same color before graying. But It turns gray/white when it dries. Is there something I can use to keep it the “wet color” but not a dye or a heavy gel?
