Is drugstore mascara actually better than Sephora’s Mascaras?

Okay. So I am getting contacts later on this morning. I want to know how long I should wait until I should wait until I use eye shadow and mascara. I mean I am good with eye shadow, but occasionally I get mascara in my eyes(which burns a LOT). Does anyone have any advice?

I heard you could remove mascara with vaseline, but i was wondering, what exactly are the steps?
For example, do you just grab some and apply it to your lashes?
and then rinse it off?
Any mascaras equivalent to Lancome’s Lengthinging mascara, but cheaper?

I know some drugstore brands use the same types of brushes. I am really looking for a lengthining mascara. Any help here? With a price lower than 12 dollars. Thanks

Does the Covergirl exact eye lights mascara work for blue eyes?

I’ve heard bad reviews for those with eye colors other than blue, but have heard that the blue happens to work better? If you have blue eyes, have you tried it? Would you recommend it? I’m not trying to spend $8 on something ordinary.
Also, my eyes are blue around the borders, but have flecks of green in the center. Should I use it if my eyes aren’t primarily blue? They’re not really one color (blue or green) over the other.
Will using a mascara wand to apply vaseline to my eyelashes harm my eyes?

I don’t want any chazalions or styes. I read the styes are caused by staph, so how could vaseline cause them? Does anyone here use vaseline to make their eyelashes longer? If you do, please tell me if it works or not. Lol, is there a doctor in the house?

What is the best eyeliner color and mascara color for brown green eyes?

I have brown-green eyes. I dont wanna wear black so dont say black. Im 13, i barley wear make-up usually black mascara, and foundation. Thats about it. But i wanna make my eyes pop alittle more so any addvice would be great. But what colors of eyeliner and masacara should i wear?
Does Vaseline really work on eyelashes? And how can I make them darker, without mascara?

We’re not allowed to wear make-up to school, I was just wondering, I know vaseline makes a difference, (to me anyway) but is there any point in my carrying on with it, to make them darker. I don’t really care about the length that much. If you can recommend anything else, thanks 
I’ve also heard olive oil helps, but I don’t wanna risk it.
