i’m actually getting my lip pierced tomorrow but i’m starting to get scared, i heard the healing process of it is very bad and you can’t eat? is that true? :/ and if you know anything else about lip piercings that i should know, feel free to tell me

i want both a nose and a naval piercing, and i was just wondering, how long will it take to heal if i am a slow-ish healer? i know you can’t give me an exact answer, but a guess would be great
also, how much do they hurt?

okay, so I just got my cartilage pierced 4 days ago, but I really want a rook or conch piercing. any tips or advice on pain, infections or gun or needle? also, I was wondering if getting piercings with a needle hurt?

I just graduated from HS but im 17. . my moms okay with me getting my nose pierced with a stud as a grad present but my dad is against it bc he thinks i’ll regret it in the long run bc it wont close. Ive talked to a few people who have all said theirs closed.
Will the hole close if i take it out in the future?

I do all star cheer and our uniforms are cut offs and show our bellies, please help!!! dont tell me anything like you should tell your mom and stuff i just want n answer. could i use makeup??? cuz i am NOTT taking it out. like, ill take it out when swimming n stuff but like not permanantly u know? hhaha thanks sooo much!
ill take it out during those competitions but the holes and no, i will NOT tell her.

I got my surface piercing about 2 months ago, and it was just a simple stud in my hip. It has an implant that holds it together under the skin. Yesterday, the whole thing (implant and all) just fell out. I went to the piercer and he said I should wait about a week or two before re-piercing it. I’m just concerned if I re-pierce it, would the same thing happen?

PS. I’m not sure if it fell out because I played with it too much or if my skin actually rejected the piercing.
