Clarifying shampoo?
Comments (5) I use products in my hair (smoothing cream and/or curl spray) so should i be using a clarifying shampoo once a week to clean everything out? I wash my hair every 2-3 days.

I did not have a problem with dandruff, but when my normal shampoo ran out I used some anti dandruff shampoo for a week until I got a new bottle of my regular shampoo. Now I have dandruff. Has anybody else had this experience? Is there a conspiracy at work here?
Should I wash my hair with shampoo every 2 days? oR wHaT?

Is Dove Shampoo Good For You’re Hair ??

I’ve decided to go back to it after using Pantene that doesn’t seem to be helping my hair at all, it breaks more and makes my scalp quite itchy and i seem to be losing more hair with it, which is bothering me. Even though with Dove i still get hair loss but not as much, proberbly just the normal amount. My hair is sensitive and i get really bad split ends, so is Dove best ?? And should i use the 2in1 shampoo/conditioner or the seperate conditioner ??
