I rarely use make up, so I really don’t know the difference. I decided to try some make up, but since I don’t really use it, I bought some cheap 99 cent eye make up to see whether or not I should use it. I’m just wondering if cheap make up is also good or why isn’t it good compared to an expensive make up?
I am going to buy two new mascaras >_< one for volume and one for length but I need some suggestions because I never seem to find the right ones.

I read in a magazine that you’re supposed to splash warm water on your face, use your cleanser, splash cold water on your face, and then use your moisturizer. Well, in the magazine it said splash warm water on your face to open your pores and cold water to close them. Well, I have acne fighting astringent and acne fighting moisturizer. When am I supposed to splash cold water on my face? I don’t think you should splash it on your face after you use moisturizer. Am I correct?
But, my exfoliant fights acne and so does my astringent. Where do I fit those in?
