I have really frizzy/staticy hair. What’s the best shampoo and conditioner I can use to help control this?

I’m looking for a really funky looking hair style. Lime green has always been one of my favorite colors, so i decided to go with that, and after getting an itunes gift card, the lady with the streaked hair gave me the perfect idea.
I wanted to know, what was the best way to put lime green streaks in your hair, my hair is currently like a dark brown/dirty blonde type color. I was also thinking of putting black streaks in with the lime green. Any suggestions? Streaks will be in only the bangs and front portion of my hair.

Do you prefer to leave more leg to the eye or do you think that nothing beats the minis? I used to wear the mini’s all the time but my partner cracks it sometimes b/c he thinks it’s too provocative for alot of occassions. He likes the mini only sometimes & so now I don’t wear them as much. What do u like? What should I do??

I seen this bloke with full legs sleeves that were tattoo like a ocean scene. Tropical fish , sunken ship ,scuba divers,giant octupus etc etc. it look awsome

I have dark brown redish hair the lenghth is around just below my shoulders and most of the time it’s dry and gets very frizzy down the bottom but up around the head area it’s fine, I usually use Dove shampoo and conditioner, but what should I be using if I want my hair to stop frizzing and to make it shine?
Any recommendations?
